okay, so my husband and i baught a remote car started, and we set up an appointment for after the holidays to have it installed, it was for today at 9am. so we get there and no one is there, so we figured okay we'll wait, 930 rolls around still no one. so i called the store, and found out they don't open till 10!! so we had to sit in the parking lot for an hour, then when they did open, we said we had 9am appointment, and they said "i don't know we don't have 9am appointments" no appoligy no "well i'll talk to your salesperson" nothing!!
am i right in being pissed about this what shold i do?

ps. i was thinking that i had an hour, i could drive home, turn around and drive back, that'd take about an hour!

and i mispelled one thing what the hell's your problem?

You sat in front of an empty store for an hour??? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??? With all due respect, QUIT BEING A VICTIM!!! It's not the salesperson's fault you handled the situation in an entirely inappropriate manner. Take responsibility for your life and actions, and don't believe everything everyone tells you. I don't know ANYONE who would have sat there for an hour wondering wtf was going on. Oops! I do now. Sometimes we all need a kick in the butt, so here it is--get your act together, and quit blaming others when you mess up!

First, make sure you are right that you had the time of the appointment correct. Then, you have two choices - get pissed off and try to find another place to do business, or let it go.

Yes you should be POed. Write a strong letter of complaint to the manager, and give all the details. If you get no results, then contact corporate headquarters, and express you displeasure.

Yes very poor customer service. Just let it go though life is too short to stay upset if there is nothing you can do about it. =)

well, u definitely can be angry, but its better not to do anything else... let bygones be bygones
after all, why bring more hassles upon urself?
