I'm from Romania. These days (January 13,14) we have an assembly at Sala Polivalenta in Bucharest. It's a two days assembly. When is going to be your next assembly? And if it was how was it? Me, I liked very much this first day. I can't wait for tomorrow though it was a little cold (here it's winter).

Unfortunetly I didn't receive the year book. The one before speaks about my country. Here, in Romania we receive things a little later. For example, we received about 2 months ago the NWT.

If someone makes such a mistake as you say, Maxiebedeeps, the law of the country will take measures. Also the JW who keep the congregation clean. They don't allow such things. If it hadn't been so, I wouldn't have been a part of it.
People say many lies about us. The Bible says in John 15:18,19 about the true Christians something that happens also today: "If the world hates YOU, YOU know that it has hated me before it hated YOU. If YOU were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because YOU are no part of the world, but I have chosen YOU out of the world, on this account the world hates YOU."
Don't believe everything that people say.
If someone tells a lie about you should I believe it? I think I should check it first.

I just came from the second day. This assembly had an important idea which was to serve God, not the material things.

I imagine that what you're talking about is a circuit assembly, but if it is a District Assembly, I wonder if it is like here in the US.

Whenever there is a religious conference here in Kansas City, each night attendees from all except one religion go out to the bars, restaurants, and fun places to be.

All except one religion, requires the presence of police to handle traffic control and prevent road rage accidents as people try to cut each other off so that they can be out first.

All except one religion leaves the conference facilities in a mess, for the facility maintenance crew to clean up.

When the JW are here, with over 40,000 at Kemper Arena, they don't need any police for when they let out. Though the cab drivers hate it, they don't go out and party afterwords. The maintenance crew are left with nothing to do, because the JWs come in a scrub the place clean, even getting all the gum off the bottom of the seats, before the conference, than after, they scrub it clean again. Conference center compete for their business because of this.

I am from California (U.S.A.) and our last circuit assembly was in December 2006. I really enjoyed it because you feel the love & spirit among God fearing people. I am glad that you are attending the assemblies. Don't let no one stop you and we are not a cult...we love everybody & want people to learn about the grand hope from the Bible...that's all. Have a good day.

hi I live in GA (USA) I had my two day assembly last month. as always Jehovah was awesome. did you get your new year book. we are now in 236 lands. the assembly was awesome as always. we are not a cult. we worship Jehovah and Jesus Christ. I wish people would look up the word cult. a cult lives in one state all together. we live in our own homes and work on jobs just like you do. we may be your next door neighbor. if we would be a cult we would not work or live next door. we pay bills just like you. we also go to doctors when we need to. we have our eyes open to the truth. praise Jehovah and Jesus Christ.. a cult worships a man. no one holds us if we don't want to be a Jehovah Witnesses, we have free will. but why would we want to leave. we love Jehovah and Jesus with our whole being. maxiebedees. that is a lie. the elders or anyone in the kingdom hall do not have sex with children. you never see or hear in the news or newspaper about Jehovah Witnesses harming our children, or covering it up
