What i mean is, a guy that is with her, but the freedom to hook up when she parties as long as its protected?

depends on her age, her relationship situation, sex drive, etc.
If she's in a terrible marriage, then she'd want the best of both worlds, if she's in a loving relationship, she's ok with just the one guy.

I have been happily married for eight years. My husband is the only man I have ever been with and I would not have it any other way. In my opinion, that would be a relationship killer. How do you know she won't find another guy she likes better? I think that is a disaster waiting to happen. Why bother bother being in a relationship if there is no security and trust? Just my opinion and I know I am old fashioned, but I like it that that way. : )

Aj, don't you think that if she finds another guy she likes better then maybe she'd be better off with him? I mean isn't it better to find out there's someone more suitable for you than live your whole life with a person knowing you might have had better? (And I'm not just talking about sex here)

I think most woman want a one woman man. They are more sweet and caring. I wouldn't want to share my man with another woman.
