many of the guys i am really good friends with end up asking me out but unfortunately i don't want to have that kind of relationship with any of them...and i have no idea how to turn them down without hurting their feelings..:(

Unfortunately, feelings are going to be hurt no matter what you say but it's a hurt that is easily gotten over. Just tell them the truth, truth is what real life is all about. If they're true friends, they will understand and remain your friends.

Just tell them, You love hanging out with then and tha you dont want to ruin your friendship. Thats what i do.

I don't think you can or should be diplomatic in interpersonal interactions. Be genuine, but considerate. Just say, "no thanks, I'm not interested."
