What does Yahoo do when they catch a member posting child porn and shut them down?

A Yahoo user posts child porn to a Yahoo Group, gets caught, gets shut down. Does Yahoo report them to police/FBI or simply sit on the case?

It's handed over to law enforcement, along with all of the records.

they should hand them over for execution, oh i meant to say prosecution!!
