gargle warm water with alot of salt 3 times a day... stay away from cold drinks, eat soup, and go to the drug store and buy halls with the medicine center inside of them.... also pick up thera flu for sore throat.... this should do the trick... but if it continues go to the doctor for antibiotics, you could have an infection.... don't wait more than 3 days to go to the doctor if your throat still hurts you could get a fever.... don't worry you will get better.... take care
don't do do the Popsicles thing that girl above me told you to do, trust me it will get worst... stay away from anything cold.... if your thirsty drink warm water... i know it's horrible but you want to get better asap....

Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection . Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience.

Popsicles...... keep down the swelling, helps to soothe the pain, and if you are getting an infection - it will help add in the prevention of it getting worse and spreading.

Get that throat spray, its red... I cant remember what its called, but it works great. CHLOROSEPTIC.. thats what it is. Its AMAZING. Good luck
