#1: Be positive about yourself.
#2: Do think too much about what got you into this in the first place. If you are no longer with someone, put this behind you. It this person was not able to accept you as you are, then this person is a jerk. Jerks don't get too much respect. You deserve all the respect of the world.
#3: Start TODAY with a fresh look on life. The past is history and you are not the History Canal. Your have a bright and clear future full of wonderful things.
#4: Don't cry because it over.. Smile because it happened.
#5: Cross the bridge of life and don't look back. On the otherside will be your new and better relationship.

I completly understand, I am just like you. I am so depressed cause I dont think the guy I love loves me back, and its a terrible feeling. I feel like nothing could be much worse. My heart is broken too.
One thing that helps is just find someone to talk to, call up a friend or something. Watch a good old movie, just find anything to do that will take your mind off your broken heart.. Thats one reason I am sitting here on Yahoo right now!

You should go out with your friends to the movies and just watch a movie that interests you. Or maybe you should just stay home and watch your favorite movie or show or have some friends over and have a little girl fun and just do things that you like to do. Or you can get your hair done or buy something that makes you feel and look good about yourself. Forget him because I'm sure that you will find someone way better!

Happy feet-go get happy doing the things that you love.
So your heart is broken-it is common to most humans. they just pick themselves up and move on.

Go out with your other friends.
Do things that bring you enjoyment.
Laugh alot-at yourself and life. (taking life too seriously can contribute to depression.)
Take long walks.
Long baths.
read
travel.

my mom always told me lifes like a roller coaster theres ups and downs and ifyou can get threw this downer in life it will get better and i think with a name like happy feet your a positive person who can forgive and get over it just remember sometimes people arent perfect and can make mistakes forgive cause you never know when it could be you making the mistake and wanting forgiveness

take a bath n eat sth nice n watch a movie. or call some friends to talk or go out or go to walk in the park.

Cry~ eat~ shopping~singing~hanging out with friends and what helps me the most when i'm so down is i do house chores! clean up my room, change my bed sheets, etc.

I think you should talk to someone who you can trust. It will help when you talk to someone. Also, sometimes its better to cry. Crying lets out your feelings.
