For instance, when I eat a yogurt and then I try to drink a (sweet) fruit-flavored beverage, the drink tastes sour. Can I prevent this somehow?

There are a variety of palate cleansers. For example cheese is available at wine tastings to cleanse the palate and sorbets are served during meals to cleanse the palate. However I am not sure if there is an everyday item that will help with yogurt. My suggestion is to take a drink of water in between. I have the same problem with eating after I brush my teeth, nothing tastes the same.
