Hair nail and skin vitamin and prenatal vitamins help alot. I went from a pixie cut to a short bob in a few months. It also depends on how well u eat , take care of you body and hair and on your body chemistry.

The health and growth rate of our hair has a lot to do with a good diet. There really isn't anything you can put on your hair that will make it grow faster. It's more important to pay attention to what you put into your body. Drinking plenty of water is a good start. Also eating a balanced diet and taking a multivitamin makes a big difference. Biotin is good for skin and hair and that will help. Your genes are the other big factor in how your hair grows. There isn't anything you can do about that, though. Try focusing on your diet and take a multivitamin and maybe some biotin. You should notice some improvement in the growth rate from this. Good luck.

There is no magic solution to trying to grow your hair instantly. However, I think that if you maintain your hair as healthy as possible and care for it you'll be able to have strands that are healthy enough so that the growing of hair is easier. If you have a bunch of split ends and your hair is very damaged, I think its unlikely that your hair will grow any faster simply because the ends of the strands are so damaged. If you have split ends, its better to trim them off and maintain your hair as healthy as possible. Don't do anything to harsh to it.
Hair grows about an average of 1 inch a month so I suggest you don't obsess too much about growing your hair. By the time that summer comes along I'm sure that your hair will be just fine. :) You might want to read the article that I listed below simply because it has tons of information and facts about hair growing and I think you'll find it extremely useful.
Hope this helps!

I used the have a hair fixation and so I did a lot of research and experimenting with my hair. Just take a good multiple vitamin and a calcium every day. And be careful with your hair, once it is damaged there is not much you can do except grow it out again. Scrunchies are less damaging than clips. Chemicals are obviously not good for it, so just keep your natural color. Brush gently from root to tip once a day to evenly distribute the natural oil from your scalp. Don't use conditioner; it just coats your hair with artificial waxes and then strips off the natural oils. Drink a lot of water. It is better for your entire system.

want hair to grow check this out then go to a indian community and pick up these products:
choose 1 oil and u have to use it faithfully and dont switch any oils.
1:cocunut oil get a brand name like parachute or dabur vatika
2: almond oil
3.alma oil get the dabur its in a green bottle with a indian women face in
4: mustard oil
u warm the oil apply the warm oil using a cotton ball. put it in ur scalp and hair. message ur hair for 15 min. braid it up and sleep with a plastic cap. next morning use henna. get the natural one that doesnt color hair. leave the henna for 30 min. wash it off with a herbal shampoo. after u wash ur hair let it airdy then just blow it out with a hair dryer on a cool temperture heat. after this ur hair will look silky and good. henna makes hair longer and thicker. if u cant find henna get shikakai shampoo. add a little water to shikakai powder it will turn into a thick paste leave this on for 15-30 min and just wash it off with water. shikakai is herbal and safe we do this in india honestly shampoos are really not so good
