A)Take it to a Jewel-Osco or similar picture place.
B)Scan/Load it into the Kodak system.
C)Make black and white
D)Select not the person.
E)Go nuts!

With photoshop, change it to B/W, then select the person with the magic wand. Control or something will make it "negative" (not the person), then go nuts!

I tried the layering suggestion right above here on a photo and it worked great! I didn't know it was that easy! I guess we both learned something!

stack a bw layer on color layer or vise versa-erase where you want the bottom layer to show through
