Best recipe for soy beans....edamame. In the shell. Melt a good amount of butter in a saute pan. Add salt, a splash of olive oil, some fresh garlic and either cayenne or chili powder. Add the beans. Let saute and toss together until the shells start to brown ever so slightly. Pour in a bowl. As you pop the beans from the shell, suck the spicy butter from the outside of the bean. delicious...

Check the Birds Eye site on the internet there are about 6 recipes there to try. Otherwise you can just eat then as you would peas

If you've bought the frozen ones, then just use them like you would use peas or something similar. Serve them as a side veggie, or go ahead and put them in a risotto or a shepherds pie or something.

Mmmm...are you talking edamame??...{in the shells?}...If so I eat them as a side or a snack...snack mostly...Just steam them for about 5 minutes...Remove and toss with a good amount of salt then put em in the fridge and eat them cold as a snack or hot as a side...{they are a finger food and don't eat the shells...you know that right?}..Yum-E..{I like to be different!}

I just boil and the salt them. I add them to salads.
