i didnt look up and say hi to the gard ender as i was bicycling by... and now i feel like it threw ioff my entireee day! i am having second thoughts about EVERYTHING!!! how can i get back on track.!?!!? or am i just over anyalyzing this... my dad says just relize it was stupid of you not to say hello bc u were lookin gon the ground to see if u dropped a glove--- wihch happenned...and he said just move on.

If it bothers you this much, then just resolve not to do it again. Every day you have a chance to start over. Your dad is right, just move on and take this as a lesson about how you want to live your life.

If it bothers you that much, just stop and say hi to them tomorrow and if you feel it necessary to apologize for not saying hi today then do so. As for the rest of the day, decide today what you will do tomorrow to fix it, and that will give you enough hope to finish the rest of the day successfully.
