No one does it like Me.... this is for 6 pies Buy pizza dough it's a lot easier You'll need, 5 /11 once balls and 5/ 10 ounce balls---------- about 7 pounds------ Let it get to room temp--------leave it------ now the mix 2 lg. onions, ( I mean Lg !!)----- 5 lbs Ground beef and 5 pounds of ground pork-------
Chop onions (1/4 in)----- I/3 cup of olive oil... start with the oil and onions.......after a few minuts, 4or 5,,add the meats now the seasoning is up to you !!....you can add all, ..or part or... Garlic powder (at least 1 once) oregano1 tablespoon.....Salt, To taste , But be careful..... a little at a time .....1,tspn.Ground rosemary.....1 level tbsn of Basil, then I like to add a strained can or 2,,.. of canned tomatoes When this isall cooked, ( but not totally ready to eat) take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit..----depending on the capacity of your oven, May be you can fit # 12 in. pans or at least 2... at any rate ,--- get the oven preheated to about 475 ( all ovens are a little different),--Spread the 11 on. dough on the bottom and get it to hang over the pan---- this may take 2 times soreading because it shrinks---just go back to it later (You have plenty of time because the meat is still hot)---- then when they are ready, somehow, (figure it out) You need to strain the meat mix because there is too much juice---- don't get it too dry------ fill then about 3/4 in deep with mix-

I did find a basic recipe for that on my favorite website : Allrecipes.com
