Is there a way to make your pelvis go back into place without going to the chiropractor all the time? I have 4 bad discs in my lower back and my pelvis rotates outward and sometimes also tilts. It then pinches off nerves. The only relief is to go to the chiro. I've been doing this for 2 1/2 years. Isn't there a way to pop it back into place yourself? My chiro says no.

Sounds like your chiro enjoys charging for office visits. I had a friend who had a similar problem that she corrected with gravity boots. You know, those "hang upside down like a bat" boots? She'd hang in those for a few minutes to relax, then slowly apply all the weight to 1 leg. Things adjusted just fine. Just make sure you have somebody "spotting" you. She tried it once on her own, had some back spasms, and couldn't get down.

Don't know the extent of damage to your 4 discs, so you may want to consult with medical types before trying this.

Good Luck,
