How important is my "sex life" supposed to be? How much sex I should I have at my age? I am a 23 years old guy.

Concentrate on getting somewhere in life..sex is there when you get there If you concentrate on getting sex you will be a bum and later you would be sorry. Successful men get a lot of attention..thus sex../bums get sex only form other female bums....fins a meaningful relationship..friendship is more important than the sex..and a close relationship can lead to fantastic sex.....

I would say as important as it is to your current partner. If you have similar sex drives then it shouldn't matter if you have sex once a month or four times a day.

whatever you can get that won't involve catching a disease or costing you money
at that age just get some while you can
its more difficult later, make sure you at least like the person too
at 30 make sure you love her too, at least a little
at 40, make sure there is some chance of long term
at 50 make sure you love her, sex or no sex

Very individual thing, it is as important to you as it is. Sounds strange but if you have a heavy sex drive or a lighter one, well that's just how YOU are. Dont' worry about "supposed" to be, just be yourself.

but yeah, sex is pretty important!

I dont believe there are rules for such things. It's a personal choice. One that completes you....Yet doesnt swallow up your life in the form of an addiction.
