Tea is healthier cos it contains more anti oxidant than coffee. Also, if you really want to be healthy and cut down on the sugar, low sugared tea tastes better than low sugared coffee.

Well if you're gonna try pulling an all-nighter to do work or something, then coffee... But if its just a normal night, TEA!! Personally, I usually drink chamomile tea before bed to just calm me down. And milk really helps me too. :D
