Go to Iraq and look in the alleys. There are guys there trying to sell them. They are real nice guys to and they will give you a fair deal for your efforts.

PS: Take your own pillow case so they have something to put your severed head in. Headless Hadji !

No one uses anti-tank weapons for target shooting. Anyone with any legal reason to do so knows where to look much better than anyone here. Even if we did know, we would not post the information publicly.

You would have to contact the FBI about it. It's a military grade weapon and without their assistance in regulation and handling, you'll most likely get arrested for even trying to purchase one. P.S. Get ready for a lot of paperwork.

This weapons access is restricted. I doubt that the DOD would allow you as an individual any special exception.

Much less the BATF.
