Okay, i have a little project and i need a answer FAST~How does cheese rot? Why does it rot? Please dont say 'everthing rotts so why wouldnt cheese rot!' Please give me scientifict words like pericillin or whatever its called.
PLEASE HELP!!!

I always heard,if your cheese gets some mold over the outside of it,it's not bad for the cheese or for you,all you have to do is cut it of,good cheeses usually do that,some of the cheeses have to age,guess when it molds like that,it's aging,not sure,actually some of my cheese that got mold on it,and I cut it of,the cheeses taste better then before,

Maybe it rots because you don't take care of it. Why does cheese rot.... BECAUSE IT DOESN'T LOVE YOU.
