Yes it is very true that putting too much gel on your hair will damage it. It takes the vitiamins away from your hair and detroys the hair. Using a little will be fine but use conditionier every once in a while to get back the vitiamins in your hair.

No, too much gel on your hair does not damage your hair. If you put gel on your hair and blow dry it or curl it, or put any type of heat on it, that will damage it. The most it will do is give you horrible dandruff. Also if you need to blow ry, curl , or straighten your hair with prouct there are various types of products that you can buy that specifically for those purposes.

It depends on the brand. What damages your hair is the alcohol in the gel. Look for a gel that has no alcohol. Fructis oil repair gel is a very good one.

Any hair products besides shampoo and conditioners damages ur hair mo matter how much u use just use good shampoo and conditioner and it will be better try pantene (the kind 4 damaged hair)
