i am making blueberry ones and the filling will be very mushy how do i roll the crepe nd do i ahev to close one end of it...

You don't close the end of a crepe, if you did it would become a blintz, then you would fry it.
Put your filling in a line down the center of your crepe then fold both sides in.Lay seam side down.

your crepe may not be sturdy enough. try more batter for your crepe because the batter should hold.
