I am running Windows XP. My computer came with Microsoft Office 7 pre-installed and it worked fine when I first bought the pc but I have tried using it recently and it won't work.I get a screen message telling me that the "application failed because LTRN13N.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix" When I try re-installing the cdrom won't open and run.Has anybody any suggestions how I might be able to fix this problem?

if you have norton try using the repair system, if not , you'l have to get the 'works disc' to re-install, the disc also features an un-install option, you cannot uninstall with out the disc, buy a new one or borrow a friends

Either uninstall it or put the CD in and go to Explorer and start it manually. But first make sure that auto Play for your CD drive is set.
