well i don't know of one that you don't have to take 3x a day, but i've had success with hydroxycut. It works w/o making you feel like you can't sit still.

I have a horrible problem with jitters also, and as a result have a hard time staving off hunger pangs. Recently, to my surprise I began taking a Hoodia supplement called DEX-L10 HOODIA GORDONII. I did my research on hoodia and found that it is important which part of the hoodia plant is used and I found this one which comes with certificate. I see other hoodia products and they are combined with caffeine or some other jitter producing side ingredient. They are less expensive, and I assume it is because they have used a less than the best part of the hoodia plant, included the caffeine to fix the problem of effectiveness on appetite but retain the hoodia name that attracts those trying the "fad". This is not the only product that is certified, but I have found great success with it. I have lost 54 pounds 3/4 of which have been assisted by the hoodia supplement. I can tell a difference if I miss taking the pills, but if I take them I seem not to notice but am less susceptible to cravings. The (dark green) bottle is sold at GNC for 34.00, but discounts if you have their gold card.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Reading this I feel the need to share something because I spent many many years jumping from diet to diet without acheiving any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (just google it). It is without a doubt the best results that I have ever had and I have not put it back on to this day.

Meridia is the best prescription diet pill. It causes elevated blood pressure in some people. If you get some, check your BP. I get mine from here: http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/weight-loss/obestat.html They sell the generic. The brand name is very expensive. 10 mg. is usual dosage.

When boredom, depression, as well as stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to satisfy them such as getting a walk, calling a friend, getting a bath, reading a book, or doing some yoga.
