Legal entry is wide open...Illegals need apply so they can be identified for deportation.

There are no jobs specifically for non-citizens, but a legal non U.S citizen is eligible to apply for any job(except government jobs) that is willing to sponsor you for a visa. Be wary though, as employees of technical visas are often levied heavy taxes because of their legal status.

To be an employee of the US government, you need to be a US citizen. Contractors working for the government will be able to hire you but, depending on the work you do, it may require security clearance. That may be problematic.

some employers offer us sponsership (H2B visa) for jobs that can't be performed by us citizens.
depends what field and what unique qualifications you have.
