Here is a case of be careful what you wish for.
It sounds as if your fiancee gets turned on by cuckolding (clearly)... if you want to be mean, you can shove it in his face and he might secretly enjoy it.
But in reality, I would step back and out of this entire situation. Any man who wants you to sleep with another man is doing this for his own sexual gratification. You were hesitant at first - it's not like you were asking him to do it... so that in itself was selfish on your fiance's part. If the both of you were into that sort of thing, then it would be questionable but you would both be adults who agreed to that sort of relationship.
As for this new guy - why do you want a relationship with him? Any guy who sleeps with another man's woman even with permission doesn't respect you and he could do it again.
So I say end it with your fiance and ditch the new guy... surround yourself with people who love and respect you and who care about your sexual desires, not just their own.

I'd say he brought it on himself! If he introduced you to someone and had you get with them and now this has happened, I don't see how he can be too upset with you! Did you guys threesome? If you can't just tell him, do the obvious thing and just start being With the new guy instead of him. He'll figure it out!
