I don't want to give this to anyone, but i need to go to someone's house for band practice. so i need to know how long it is until i can't carry it anymore

It depends on the virus, and how severe it was. It could be as little as 2 days, or as much as a week. Make sure to wash everything and clean everything when you start feeling better: That way the virus will be less likely to be lurking on you.

a good 3 days after your over it. the nasty little bug can live in surfaces longer than that

about 3 days, and the runs have stopped,as it is very contagous.
