You need to calm down and have a long talk with Sean. You can't always believe what an ex girlfriend is telling you. Get the message from Sean.

She might be messing with you because she is jealous she's still not with Sean. If you ask him, he's most likely going to deny it (whether he's lying or not).
Option 1: Break up with him cause it's not worth the drama or doubt,
Option 2: Stay with him but be cautious of his motives at all times,
Option 3: Arrange a meeting with the ex, Sean and yourself and let him choose who he wants to be with,
Option 4: Do nothing and let things happen as they would otherwise.

If he can get away with playing the two of you he will. First of all he left Emma for you she wants him back and he knows he can go back and forth between the two of you as long as you let him. If he can't make up his mind make it up for him and please don't tell him you because he'll keep up the game. Tell him to stay with Emma and you find some one who will be faithful to you. Stay away from men who are already taken. Good luck.

whoa....are you going to believe what his ex said? how do you know he said that, she coulda just said that to make you feel sad. if you want to know if thats true, you need to as Sean if he loves you, and ask him if what she said was true. just dont listen to anybody about your relationship unless it comes from your boyfriend/girlfriend. Just take it easy, and go and ask sean those questions.

Don't take her word for that. I've had many problems in the past from believing what someone else says about my guy, or what he supposedly said. Talk to him.
