Go do the emergancy room ASAP!!! Yes you can have a stroke that effects different parts of your body. You can have symtoms that only effect certain parts of your body, you could have all the symtoms, or you could have no symtoms! Don't take a risk.

Typically, a stroke will effect one side of the body at a time. It can involve muscle, vision, thinking, hearing, speaking/eating, etc. If you think you've had a stroke, take an asprin and at least call your doctor. If you really seriously think you've had a stroke do not drive but rather call an ambulence to go to the ER. If seen the results of a few stokes in my family.... don't mess around with this.... it's not a pretty thing.... and if you've had a minor stroke, your doctor can prevent a major one from happening.

Normally a stroke affects one side of the body, if your stroke was on the left side of your brain it will effect the right side of your body and vice versa (right side brain, left side body)

It's possible, but not likely.

What's more likely is that you need potassium and B-complex vitamins. Or you might have your back out of alignment from the way you lay when you sleep. Or, you might even need to have your blood circulation checked.

Good luck!
