There was this guy who said he liked me before winter break and we would flirt all the time and walk to class together everyone told me how much he liked me but he never asked me out and so i ended up asking him out over break he said he wanted to think about it but then he said i think we would be better off as friends and i was really confused cuz i thought he liked me and he didnt talk to me for like a week and then he started talking to me and flirting with me even more than before break do u think he changed his mind and wants to ask me out?

No. Just wants to be friends. If he wants to ask, he will. But, I wouldn't hold my breath.

flirting more because u ignored him and showed him that he is not such a loss,NEVER ask him again,if he wants then he'll ask,and don't say he's shy,a guy who wants something never shy out, or may be he is making thing up as friends but i don't think so
