Dont go with 1 if he doesn't tlk 2 u. Punkish men get alittle more PUNKISh and that culd be annoying for a while. Number 3 sounds niccccceeeee. hes funny and nice- so this is where u make ur move. step up and make a funny joke and start a conversation. be funny but don't flip ur hair. Go with #3.

You should "date" all three. Try to arrange some time with each of them. Nothing serious or too intense - maybe even some daytime thing. Something like going to a museum or art gallery. Someplace you can both react to external stimuli. Great way to get to know a person. Maybe grab a bite to eat too. After 1 date with each you'll see where there is & is not a connection. Every time you see a guy you think is cute, look him right in the eye and smile. Most of these guys will avert their eyes and walk away. These are losers. Some of the guys will smile back, these are potential prospects. Every once in a great while, one will respond by immediately making a beeline toward you to talk to you. He will say something that makes it pretty clear that he likes you but will talk to you like a normal person.

Well, number 1 doesn't sound like he's too pleased you like him so that's a no. (but maybe you should speak with him and try to get your friendship back)
Number 2 sounds good but beware that people can act differently when they're in person.
Number 3 sounds okay too but you don't know him very well and so he might not be after the same things.
