This girl I see about once a week where she works always seems to stare at me, look at me frequently, or passes by where I am sitting quite often. Why does she do this and what should I do if I am attracted to her?

This girl digs you, man! Stay cool and just talk to her. Be yourself and if she likes what she hears then she'll want to hang around. Chicks like to laugh so if you have that talent, run with it. Just don't make a fool of yourself by being a clown or trying too hard. If the feelings are mutual, sparks will fly. Don't be nervous or come on too strong. That will make her back off REAL quick.
Remember, they like to feel safe, comfortable and engaged when they are with a guy. If you can do that for her, you're in. Above all, respect her and make her feel special. Good luck!

shes doing all these things trying to get your attention....obviously she has because you've noticed . Now if your just as into her then take the next step and ask her out. Dont try to be someone your not and treat her with respect and show her a good time on your date. dont take her somewhere intimate on the first date its too personal maybe go to an amusement park....so your laughing and playing the whole time this will show her that you are playful and relaxed and she will relax as well and have a great time...good luck!
