okay, well i hang out at a local hang out and all these ppl start askin me for money , they do it 2 everybody! i always say no! but i wanna say a good comeback! does anybody have any good ideas??

Tell them you don't have change, then ask them ...
"Can I have 2x Tens for a Five?"
or "Are you asking me cuz you think I'm your mummy? - you're grounded, kid!"
want to embarrass him?
"HEY EVERYBODY ! This guy is looking for some money? Can anyone help him? - Look, that guy over there reached for his pocket ... go bug him instead"
Make a sport of it with the friends you are with:
"You want money? (then to your friends) who's turn is it to send this guy away red faced?

HEY! You asking me for money? Here is the new version of credit cards. I asked the bank company if there really was such a thing and they said yes. So here you go (give them a paper credit card)!!! Why don't you instead of saying a comeback, (which is obviously going to spark the person's anger) say, "I'm sorry... I don't have any extra change! I really wish I could help!" It's a lot nicer, and it garuantees that he/she won't embarass you with a better comeback.
