Ram your most of questions are deeply rooted, and always hard to answer.......
i feel you want to follow "a religion" and you want to be believer, rather than non-believer. so you want to be in inner edge of line which is dividing god and no-god. if it is so then be inside the marquee of religion.
and do live a free life.. and not commit any sin which is according to you, and according to the society in which you are living is sin...because definition of sin is relative.
i feel this is practical solution and any one can spent life by following it..also i believe that it is better to believe on god, in any format..rather than be as non-believer..

Well, God gave us rules to live by that are actually to our benefit, as well as others. If we sway outside of those rules, and get trapped into sins, then the rules seem restrictive, but it is because Satan wants to hang on to you, and take away your eternal life. The flesh wars with the spirit. Paul stated this himself that he does the things he does not want to do.
Do you believe in and love Jesus and all that he stood for ? You can do what you like without restriction as long as it is within the guidelines of Gods rules. Being sinful is easier, believe me the people that do their best to follow Jesus, struggle everyday, you must renew your mind daily, and ask God to take back the ground you gave to Satan during your sins. If you remain in the Bible it gets easier and easier to follow those rules, and if you fall, get back up and try again, PRAYER is the ULTIMATE WEAPON. Knowing the BIBLE for yourself is also. Do not trust a blind leader, for most of our pastors today are the blind leading the blind, and still defying the ONE commandment that we were asked to remember, THE SEVENTH SABBATH DAY !!! The catholic church thought to change times and laws.
It is written. It is only restrictive because we have been taught and bound to sinful life styles and most cannot see the good coming of following the rules. If you study the true Sabbath you will find biblical scripture that is the ONLY SEAL OF GOD is that SABBATH DAY !! It is the only seal ever mentioned to prove we belong to him. ee Exodus 31:13. Sabbath comes from the Hebrew word Shabbath, SHA= eternal one, AB= Father,Bath= house of or sign of.
Mainstream Christianity is wrong. It is Satans biggest lie to the world. Sunday worship. It is the ONLY commandment that begins with REMEMBER and the only day that is hallowed and sanctified..and he asked us for one day in his honor, and the leaders cannot spiritually discern this ?? No, they do not. They will when it is Gods time to do so.

To believe in God is to respect him.. and his wishes for us..
I am a Christian as well.. and I do know that Jesus will take the filthiest of men.. as long as they do mean their commitment to him. Now does that mean you have to change.. well I find that most of the time.. people do not want to make the commitment because they don't want to change.. But if you just trust the Lord and go to church... strictly for growth.. and read the word of God.

You will change just because... not because someone told you to.. and you wont feel like you where pressured.. it will just happen.. and you will have peace about it.

Ultimately my friend.. you are looking for a life of peace.. and to be happy with it... And you may think that is by keeping your life the way it is.. I would say.. you are more bound by it.. and need to be released and see what you truly missing in your life.

I promise in time you will love your new life! and never regret it!

if you have a religion it is a set of rules, if you know Jesus it is a personal relationship. If you know Jesus through accepting Him as your Savior, you will want to follow Him. NO you cannot do whatever you choose to do- choice is what caused ALL of us to sin in the first place. Freedom is found in Christ, but that does not mean it is a freedom to do whatever you want to do, it is the freedom to do what is right. I am pretty sure that is not what you wanted to hear, but it is the truth. KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE

Start your own denomination. That's what tens of thousands of others have done when faced with the same problem.

After all, your the boss, right? Why should you voluntarily submit to any restriction that you did not create? I feel the same way about algebra. Why should I have to follow the rules that other mathmeticians made up? Screw that! I should be able to make up my own rules. I say 1+1 = 5. Who's with me?

You can, but you will be held accountable by God for the decisions you make using your free will.

If you do not accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and take up your cross and follow Him, you will not enter Heaven.

That's up to you. Do you belive Jesus Christ is God? If so, then you must follow his teachings, or you're not a Christian- by definition. Do you believe Buddha is god, or Allah?
Do oyu just believe in an unknown entity?
Morality is subjective. Formulate your ideas and be true to yourself.

Listen boi, you know what's right and wrong. You don't need a religion to tell you that. But don't expect to live eternally if you live life with no restrictions!

You have to choose! You can't have it both ways. The continued sin will keep you separated from God. There is only one place left for you to spend eternity.
I will pray for God to open your eye's and heart to Jesus and be saved.
