hey same situation here. I just say let him continue to flirt. If he wants you he will stop flirting like a little boy, and ask you out. BUt since he has a girl, he probably thinks its fun to flirt, or he is either very conceited. So let him continue to flirt, see how long he puts up with it. And please don't mess with him until he gets rid of his girl!!

Okay, he's a guy, guys love to flirt. They feel it's good for their ego. Just realize if he already has a girl, he's probably being loyal to her since he's not a player. Sounds like a cool guy but I think you should look elsewhere for a date , unless of course be suddenly becomes available.

If he has a girl, I would back off. You are going to look like the bad girl if you break up their relationship or if he cheats with you and then goes back to his girl. If he is that much of a flirt one of two things will happen. Either his girl will get sick of it and drop him or he'll drop her. Just stand back and give it time.
