You don't. Both of you can get into deep trouble and if you even like her...you don't want to compromise her job.
After you graduate, if you feel the same way, come and see her and tell her you had a crush on her and see how she reacts, if you get no vibe and she doesn't remember your name, well, move on and thank goodness you never embarrassed yourself.
