Oh yippee. MORE jack Russells to fill the rescues with. My best friend will be so happy. She only has 15 of them in her rescue kennels at present which she cannot rehome.

They dont have to tie for a succesful mating,if both dogs your using are inexpeirienced then this may be why a tie isn't happening, its best to take your ***** to a proffesional stud dog as an inexpeirienced male can un nerve a *****.Good luck.

Not always, Sometimes just a slip mating is all that is needed. However, for the best chances, a dog is supposed to tie 3 times. And i hope you are ready for puppies. Make sure you start saving newspapers ;-)

I am VERY suprised you do not know the answer to this. You are trying to breed your JRT, a responsible breeder would know the answer to this question.
Please fix your pets.

PLEASE do not consider breeding your dog. You are not a breeder, nor are you a responsible dog owner.
Have your dog spayed or nuetered as soon as possible. The world has enough unwanted dogs - believe me.

why would you want to breed your dog if not a reputable breeder?
you have to have all tests done have peperwork be registered
there are enough BSB(back street breeders) please dont add to it as there are far too many dog in rescue

I really thought that they had to tie & that ejaculation didn't take place until they did.
Try reading these sites (the first one has loads of photos, including a really amusing one of the 'dam' lying on her back whilst tied)
