Do you mean "Phthisis Pulmonalis"?
"Phthisis pulmonalis" is an old term for pulmonary tuberculosis. Phthisis means a wasting of the body.

I believe it is what they used to call it in the old day's as the only type of reference I can find for it is in old death record's in the 1900's Phthisis (means to waste away, as in tuberculosis, and pulmonary refers to lungs) Pulmonatis.
