I always see questions on this forum, directed at atheists, in which we are asked something like "if God didn't create everything, then tell us how exactly the Universe came to existence?"

Let's assume a God did it. For me that just doesn't cover it. _How_ did God create the universe? What material did He use? He used dust to create humans, but from what material did He create planets? And animals? From where did He get all the materials that He used?

If the answer is "God did it", please describe exactly how He did it. Thanks in advance.

Nice argument but I guarantee you won't find a single reasonable response from a theist - their mythology is immune (in their eyes) from the rules of logic, rationality and evidence which are necessary foundations of the science they attack.

*See? Supernatural arguments - You can't prove the Universe wasn't made 15 seconds ago and theists will never understand the implications of that. Most are forever lost to reason and free thought... 'God spoke the Universe in to being' what does that mean? If god is real he wouldn't be supernatural - supernatural things by definition don't exist because Nature includes all that is. Again... no theist will accept the obvious implications.*

WHY ARE PEOPLE SAYING 'ASK GOD'??? If you dont know how can you believe that garbage fairytale? Why does religion never have to back up its assertions like real theories?

If I were God I could answer, but in the Bible the earth for man was the important planet and all the rest sun, moon, planets, galaxies-the entire universe were for supporting the earth. God doesn't mention any other planet being important only the earth and the earth was created for man. Without man God would not have created the universe. It all adds up to God wanted children, because He created us in His image. Because He wanted children the earth and the universe were necessary.

All God tells us in His word is that His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. He tells us in the Book of Job that He is more powerful than any.

I haven't told you how He did it, but I've come pretty close to telling you why God did it. Whether we accept it or not, God loves us very much and I am His child and I return His love.

God created all kinds of scary issues for example his wrath and skill from the very starting up. If humankind had not in any respect fallen, we would have appeared at this stuff from a distance and not in any respect were problem to them like the animals. Having fallen, we are solid into that international alongside with the animals. Proverbs a million:7 defines the starting up of information because the terror of God. Jeremiah 5:22 defines what the terror of God is: “do you shouldn't concern me?” declares the LORD. “do you shouldn't tremble in my presence? I made the sand a boundary for the sea, a everlasting barrier it won't be able to go. The waves would roll, yet they couldn't prevail; they'd roar, yet they couldn't go it.” The youthful-earth creationist and the atheist Darwinist have in straightforward their concept that God might want to not in any respect create killer issues. The atheist eliminates God from the picture to account for the organic evils of this international, at the same time as the more youthful-earth creationist eliminates the list of killer animals from the picture to maintain the goodness of God. both one among those perspectives favor to paintings mutually with a very biblical image of God, as he's printed in Scripture and in nature—powerful, uncontrollable, and able to pour out severe violence, yet also basically, merciful, and able to bless previous all our expectations.

Well it looks like you have someone to Challenge you, Yes I am a Christian, Now since you like to throw the bible in our face, You too, will see what it says, Hey you ask for the answer. so sit with me & watch Read. Genesis 1:16 And GOD made 2 great lights, the greater to rule over the day & the lesser light to rule over the night, WAIT, I am not done, And he made the stars also, Now since you may not know what those 2 great lights is, one is the Sun & the other is the Moon,That includes every star that is in space. Now you ask where did God get all this stuff at to make it, Let's Read JOB 25:7 He stretcheth out the north over the (WHAT) The empty place & hangeth the earth upon nothing. & verse 14 Lo these parts of his ways, but how little a portion is heard of him. But the thunder of his power who can understand. Now JOB 9:8 Which alone spreadeth out the heavens & treadeth upon the waves of the sea. 10: Which doeth great things past findings out, yea, & wonders without number. Do you need more scriptures, I have them, But you won't even believe the ones I gave you, God can create anything to make something, Now I am going to turn your own question around on you, If God does not exist, Then who made the things you speak of for evolution, I mean Anyone that has a brain can understand, in order to have evolution as you say it, Something had to make those elements to begin evolution, Now I will sit back & wait for your very starting point as something being not here one minute & the next minute it is, What created that first instant part of your evolution ideals.

I am not a creationist according to the current definition of the word but I do wonder about your question. If I told you exactly how God created the universe and all in it, would you then believe? I don't think so.

Assuming that God did create everything , we are still left with the bigger question of what created God ? [ aside from our own vivid imagination]
It think that it is beyond ridiculous to assume that a sophisticated ,sentient being capable of create a corner of the universe happens to show up ready -for work one day .
Therefore God too had to evolve from simple molecular building blocks.

Science has stated that you can not get something from nothing. This is the basic law of conservation of matter... The big bang... a giant explosion that created the universe. What was it? How did it happen? who set it in to motion? was there actually something that exploded. Science hasn't answered that question yet... will it ever??? God May be the creator of all things. Science and Faith are all I have to go by. But so far all science has done is strengthen my faith... Think of it this way.. When you play pool you have to break the rack... everything moves out from that point... it doesn't do it by it's you need to have a breaker. Who was it? If you quote Scripture for your reasoning you deny science and statistical fact but if you use Scripture as your basis for developing a timeline then you may actually see that this is Day 7. God rests on the seventh day... He has been for millions of our years but if you consider he is timeless then for him it could be Day 7.

The Bible has really 'stacked the deck' in it's favor.--The very book that you question, condemns you for questioning it.
It's almost humorous, that a book, that you chose to read, tells you that no matter how unlikely it seems to be non-fiction, you MUST believe it or suffer terrible consequences.
If God didn't need raw materials to make the universe, then why did he need material to make man? If he used dirt to make man; why did he need to borrow a rib for woman?
If I could create white flour, why would I need it to make bread? Would it not be more simple to "create" the bread?
When you ask a christian "who created God"? Their standard answer is "God always was and always will be".--Couldn't we offer this same explanation about the origin of all matter, including man? If we can believe that God didn't need to be created; why can't we believe the same about man or the universe?

You don't know. We are all just part of a huge experiment. We are just tiny microscopic organisms in a culture dish in a lab. What seems like a long time to us is just moments or days to the one growing and experimenting with us. Every so often something is added or taken away, but the experiment goes on.

Indeed. Matter can only be converted, never destroyed or created. Even "god" must comply with the fundamental laws of the universe. (of course you brainless apologists will say something as stupid as "he can do anything" which proves once and for all that god is imaginary.)
