I was debating whether to recycle it or donate it. Its been sitting in a crawlspace in a sealed plastic container. But the crawlspace is dusty, had a mini-flood, ect...what do you think?

Definately donate it to a local school or center for disabled children as they do lots of arts and crafts projects, that would be really nice of you and it would be greatly appreciated. I donated a bunch of national geographic magazines to the elementary art depatment, and they were so happy, they will cut out the pics for art projects.

Take it to the nearest elementary school and give it to the nicest teacher you can find.
As long as the paper was in a sealed container it should be fine, and schools are always short of art supplies.

Donate it to a local school or art center, they could always use some extra supplies.

Definitely try to donate it if at all possible. AS a leader of a girl scout troop, we are always on the lookout for donations for craft etc....
