I'm 20 years old, and my girlfriend is 18. I highly doubt we will be getting married any time soon because she still has like 6 years of college left. So whats the point? I think I have just set myself up for heartbreak.

Dating is like an interview for marriage. If it isnt for you move on and let her move on. If there is no future don't invest anymore time if you arent going to stay together. Some people stay together years without getting married, it works for some but not all.

You don't only date people you think will be a partner for life. It's also about companionship, friendship, learning about people... experience. Besides, so what if she has 6 years of school left?Where will you be in 6 years? It's not like there's a rule about things like this. If she's worth it, it can wait until you're both ready. Otherwise, find someone else.

well if ur attracted 2 someone and u really like them then u could just spend a lot of time with them and probably pretty soon u wont like her anymore and u could break up if u want 2 meet someone around ur age
