Its no longer logical Captain. in case you ask a question that's open minded searching to comprehend the reaction. in case you're making a truth that evolution isn't greatest then it truly is only a truth. in case you produce evidence refuting evolution then that would nicely be interesting per chance if the evidence stood the attempt of exam.It wouldnt be a question notwithstanding. i imagine evolutionists have produced a lot of evidence. modern-day interesting element I truly were interpreting is the severe velocity in which Tibetan populations have advanced for higher altitudes. and that i do not truly like evolution as a theory as i trust there is more suitable to the universe than mechanics and chance . Re Uncle Joe an engaging argument yet all species have unique elements. it truly is between the failings that cause them to a unique species. arguable on sense of humour many species teach pride in playful behaviour. Whales look able to communicate over large distances to boot. Speech isn't the in trouble-free words way of speaking. As to faith who's to assert dolphins are not in a consistent state of prayer. They really are a lot a lot less agressive than people as a species.

Well you're not asking an honest question are you?

You try to poke holes in a wonderful theory and fact which is evolution to justify your person mythology - if you were really interested in getting answers you'd go buy a textbook on evolution or ask the question in the zoology section - actually you should go to Yahoo UK first then you'd filter a lot of the answers that said 'because thats how god made it' which when you think about, isnt a better explanation - in fact its not an explanation at all.

I'm an atheist but I hate the use of the word ignorant. It has become a slur used to insult someone who disagrees with another person's viewpoint. Having said that, you've picked out atheists in particular when this happens among all people. Racism is another topic that often gets the 'you're ignorant' treatment. So I won't say you're ignorant, but I will say you're bias.

Also, believers will find that slurs thrown at them by atheists would decrease substantially if they desisted from calling us 'angry' and 'in denial'.

You weren't asking an honest question, you were *arguing* against evolution ("Why do Evolutionists say that..."). And you based your question on ignorance.

It wasn't a "hateful personal insult", it was a statement of fact*. You asked an ignorant question - a deliberately ignorant one - and I pointed out that fact. There was nothing hateful about it, and you owe me an apology for falsely insinuating that there was.

You should be working on your arrogance and ignorance problems rather than throwing around insults like this. And don't ask questions if you don't want to hear the correct answer.

* For the interested observer, it was a "why are there still apes?" question, and he included this wonderful tidbit:

"But I don't believe in the theory of one species evolving into a difference species (for example a dog evolving into a cat)".

Hence he is ignorant, and I was simply pointing out the obvious truth.

Kinda like the people that answer all questions with "you need jesus" or "you're going to hell". Ignorant isn't really an insult, stupid is, yes, but ignorant just means that someone isn't educated on the facts.

I think because anyone who has studied evolution knows that only the ignorant or bigotted could dispute it.That evolution in species occurs isn't in question so it's ludicrous for creationists to glibly state that it doesn't happen.

Hmm, I dunno, I've never heard an evolutionist say that. Not all evolutionists are like that, and also creationists may or may not be insulting as well. Just like on any other topic, there are people who have strong arguments to back up their claims, and others who need to resort to insults because they don't have the facts to back up their claim.

Because I think some don't have the answers themselves and because on Yahoo, if you have a difference of opinion you are a target for hate. Lovely bunch.

Basically, Evolution is not science, it is a religion. People get upset when you question their religion, especially if they don't have a good answer, and most especially if they are suspicious that there isn't a good answer.
