Fritz and Felix are both good names. The Germanic pronunciation of "Felix" is with a short e sound, kind of like Fe-licks, rather than the hard Fee-licks of the English version.

Fritz is the "pet" name or nick-name for Friedrich or Frederick and means "peaceful ruler."

Felix means "happy" or "fortunate."

I like Fritz it is cute..........Felix is more of a cats name but if you like it you can name the other dog that. But why not Buba since they are brothers?

i think that German names are cute for schnauzers. i know 2, and their names are Hans and Fritz (not brothers). name them what you want, since they are yours.
