I workout in the gym 5-6 days aweek. Normally afterwords, i feel very hungary. Can anyone suggest any meals or dish that are good to eat after a long workout?

I'm a veggy btw.

I also exercise regularly, and Of course Protein is good, but i find a pasta dish, with plently of veggys and no oil, or some steamed fish with some white rice and some salad, provides Omega 3 and carbs which are very good for you.

Always drink water.

Enjoy.

PERFECT FOR YOU WOULD BE : a protein shake. Its probably common for you to not have enough protein in your diet since you are a vegetarian. A protein shake will fill you up and also give you the vitamins your body needs after a work out. Plus, you can get them in VERY GOOD FLAVORS. They have an ICECREAM SANDWICH flavor... ITS SO GOOD!

Something with protein to help your muscles rebuild themselves. Peanut butter if you're a vegetarian, and that should work quite nicely. OR, you can try the protein shakes that are soy based.

Either way, after working out, you need protein.
