It is illegal. You would be breaking the law and could face fines and/or prison.

I'll tell you my sister married an Irish man whom she loves dearly. They had bought a house and were trying to have a baby, he had a steady job as a lawyer. There was no way he was leaving or that this marriage was a fake.

That being said, immigration was so tough on the two of them and there was so much red tape. And they dont just visit once, they come often and unannounced. The details you have to know about your spouse is unbelievable. You would never get away with it. 50K is not worth jail.

I will pass on this one---the cost of a divorce, attorney fees, mental stress and time spent in jail, not to mention the long term problems I will get from it are definately NOT worth $50,000.

Nope!!! Because it will come back to get you in the divorce and then you will have nothing to show except you help get some random person access to the U.S.

No, it is HIGHLY Illegal. They will likely catch you and trust me you don't really want to know the type of trouble you will get in. Although a short answer is that they will LOSE their citizenship as well as YOUR jail-term.

If I weren't already with the love of my life and best friend for the rest of my life...and I could sign a pre- nup... I could maybe be convinced.

Absolutely not. It's illegal and you'd likely spend well over $50K in fines alone.

NO, love is worth way more than that. It's priceless.
