A tough one, but let me try.
Mr. Ever is the thief. Because when the police asks the women they would answer .... Who-ever, Wher-ever, What-ever, How-ever, When-ever.

I'd say Mr. Always stole the money because in your clue you said the women are less likely to interact with him. So they probably ignored him, leaving him unnoticed, so he just went straight into the Accountant's office and stole the money. Am I right?
Please tell us the answer if no one gets it right =)

You confer with Prometheus. In Greek mythology he's the humanitarian Titan who stole hearth from Zeus and gave it to mere mortals. Zeus punished him with information from getting him chained up on top of the Caucasus. each day an eagle might want to come and devour his liver, yet when you consider that Prometheus changed into immortal, his liver continually grew decrease back and he had to struggle through the same discomfort each day. Prometheus is likewise an inner satellite tv for pc (moon) of Saturn, named after the mythological hero, and is precise as Saturn XVI. Promethean is an adjective meaning inventive and wise. Voila!

Someone stole the money.
Now, it can be Mr. Someone or any other person "someone".
That's the only logic I can see.
