I have just found out I have an intolerance to :
Milk
Eggs
White fish
Tomatoes
Olives
Yeast

I know it looks a lot and I am a bit sceptical, but I am sick fed up of constant bloating and will try anything. I nee some good recipies without using these ingredients. Oh, I don't really agree with wheat either (Got to be difficult).
Any ideas on recipies, or places where I can get them, especially where I could put in what I can't eat and get the stuff thats left.

I am intolerant to yeast, wheat, dairy, garlic, ginger, spicy, all kind of nuts...it is hard but what I usually do is a huge salad or steamed vegetables and lentil soup or home made hummus or beans..the most important is to balance the protein - carbs and vegetables everytime you eat. so if you have lentil soup then get green vegetable salad and yeast free rye bread. Also have lots of sweet potatoe as they are easy to cook very tasty and nutritionuse..I make filo pastry with sweet potatoes and leeks..most of the recipies on the net or in the books are not for us so be creative and change the ingredients to what you can use..you can have yogurt so try yogurt salad with cucumbers a bit of garlic and olive oil...my favorite but I cant have it...I used to feel depressed as I can not eat out and always my food is different then the others but hey no point to be sad as we can find so much other staff that the rest wont eat :) make your self smooties from water melone and strawberry with seeds and the seeds of the weter melon as well...bake your own rye yeast free bread....put in cup of yogurt a tea spoon with soda bicarbonate and mix ,then mix in the rye and corn flour, olive oil, rosemary and sun dried tomatoes, mix the ingredients till they become soft but not too soft and bake for 30-45minutes...try the yogurt as most of the ppl can tolerate yougurt even if they are intolerant to the milk as you are or use the goat yogurt. If you dont wont to use yogurt then just put the soda in the mixture and mix well.
I even make my beshamel with organic soy milk, rye flour etc. you can do anything you wont with substituting all the ingredients.
I also cook Indian cusine with no garlik. ginger or spicy...and still is tasty!
Also you have to start healing your gut with glutamine, quercetine, acidophilus etc. so you will be able to eat allthe intolerant staff once again in the near future :)or just go to Nutritional Therapist and they will give you the best supplements to suit you.
If you need more info of support you can send me e-mail.
good luck

In your question you said that you are sick of bloating. Have you actually been to a doctor or are you just assuming that you have a food allergy? The reason I am sceptical is because it seems as though every 2nd person I meet is a Coeliac (which is ludicrous) or is lactose intolerant. It almost seems to be trendy to have some ridiculous food allergy nowadays.

But assuming that you are sincere and have had a PROFESSIONAL diagnosis, you would do well to contact the Coeliac society's webpage and try some of their recipes.
