@Naughty boy:
I think you misinterpreted my question :).
I just dropped a peanut. Then the question came in to my mind!

5 second rule is in effect.

2007-01-13 01:18:01 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

That depends on:

1. How dirty the floor is: Muddy, etc-- of course NOT. At home, office, classroom, may consider.
2. How many peanuts dropped. If I've got a handful more and only one nut dropped, no. But if I dropped a handful, yes.
3. If anyone is looking. Haha, I don't want to be thought of as a cheapskate or something. :P

Some people use the 5 sec rule. That if it drops to the floor and you pick it up within 5 sec its still good.

Personally if it on floor I'm not eating it.

My nuts are attached to my body. How can they drop on the floor without me? Then, eating them, would upset my partner!

The five sec rule applies but it depends on the floor.

YEP! After washing it, I will eat it. Think of so many other poor people who can't even afford to buy nuts to eat!

I can't bend over far enough to eat my nuts. I'll just ask my wife to do it, I guess.
