sometime ago, her sister got married, and in the wedding, we joke a lot about the two of us doing the same, but beside the jokes, for sometime already it seems to have something going on between us
my mother says sometimes that she(my cousin) seems to likes me and all...but it think she says it thinking that i won't go out with her...
her mother has said somethings like that too
I like her, i’m not just fooling around, i really would like to date her

Personally I think that this is a (deliberately) stupid question, although for some equally stupid reason, I'm going to answer it.
Firstly in most western societies, marriage between first cousins is illegal. So if she is your first cousin you can forget about marriage and children. Otherwise as far as the law is concerned, go for it.
Secondly, out of all the females you know, why the hell would you choose a family member? Remember (assuming that she is your first cousin) that a cousin is only one step down from a sibling... And if you start having impure thoughts about your sister then seeking professional help might be a good option for you.

Maybe you need to watch Jerry Springer. Or maybe go on the show. She is your cousin. In what way do you think this is ok? You don't keep it in the family. Go out and find someone you are not related to.
