You might like to give hoodia gordonii a go. It is a natural plant that suppresses your appetite. It has been used in south Africa (Because of the poverty in south Africa people eat this to trick the brain into thinking that you are full which will alleviate hunger pains) for hundreds of years and no known side effects have been found. If you are going to take this supplement you should note that some pills sold out there will not work. Not because hoodia is ineffective but because many companies are scamming our money by selling fake products that do not contain the extracts from the plant hoodia at all. So make sure u buy from a certified seller. This is very effective in controlling your appetite (not feeling hungry without food for almost 20-40 hours) but you should still consume a sufficient amount of calories. If you want to raise the effectiveness of weightless, hoodia gordonii along with 2-3 cups of green tea (don’t use sugar or the effectiveness of the green tea is cancelled out) and spicy food such as chili will take you a very long way.

There is no such thing as a weight loss pill!!!

Don't waste your money on anything chemical or herbal that claims to assist weight loss without changing eating habits or lifestyle. And that includes Hoodia!!! Its a load of crap. Read this for irresponsible advertising for such products. http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/PhonyAds/weightlossfraud.html

If everyone who had spent £50 on quick-fix pills had got themselves some good running shoes instead they would not still be in the same boat.

Get healthy!!! Eat less. Eat healthier. Exercise!!!

The sooner you realise the better. You can't just eat MaccieDees and Kebabs, comsume hundreds of calories in alcohol, not move off the sofa but expect to look like Claudia Schiffer. Its not going to happen.

There has to be some effort!!

To be honest there really doesnt seem to be any , all they do is waste ur money .Unfortunately if u think realisticly ,if there was such a pill everyone would be using them .The reality is the only way to lose weight and keep it off ,is to change ur diet and introduce exercise to ur diet at what ever level u can cope with .I would suggest joining weight watchers ,i lost three stone on it and have kept it off
Good luck

I can't. I don't believe that a single pill will do anything good. A change of diet and exercise - as well as an analysis to determine if your insulin is not overproducing (one of the major causes of weight gain) is the best way to lose weight.

i dont know of any good pills to loose weight, i started on the atkins eating plan 2 weeks ago and have already lost 8 ilb, people do say that it is not healthy but i disagree, you dont need to eat loads of burgers and egg and bacon (sometimes is nice) you cn eat loads and loads of fish and white meat. Once you get over the first two weeks you canstart to add veg and bread etc you just need to do it small potions, its well worth it but you must do it in the correct way. Hope this helps and good luck

There are fundamental rules to weight loss; watch what you eat and exercise more. These are the facts. No powder, pill or potion will give you the long lasting healthy results you want

There isn't one that really works, outside of a prescription. The rest of them are mostly uppers.

Try Weight Watchers. It's cheaper than the bottle of pills, and you will get real results if you try.
