I want to lose some weight. I tend to like snack foods, especially greasy and salty snack foods. I'm thinking raw mostly though a little protein would be ok.

If you are trying to move away to healthy food, take it in steps.

I'd say pick some favorite fruits and start there. Most fruits are great for you, although there can be a lot of sugar in them.

This is a healthy start, try some bananas with yogurt and granola.
Freshly cut mango is great as well.

There are great sites out there like ediets.com that have great shopping lists and can provide you a day to day eating plan that fits your needs.

You should eat some granola bars or maybe oatmeal, and maybe cereal, if you'd like, all three and healthy , you could also choose fruits. The granola have protein in it, or you can get a granola bar high in protein, at a nearby store

Check out WebMD. They have some great links to healthy snacks etc. You don't have to be 100%. Just be careful with your overall food choices.. It's okay to "cheat" once in a while. Just try to avoid doing it often.

I'm a nurse and a vegan. I would eat lots of fruits and veggies. Try hard not to eat things that are bad for you. Exercise is essential, dance to your favorite songs on the radio. This method has worked for me for years.

try eating the kinds of foods you don't usually eat. If nothing else you might discover you like vegetables,fruit,etc. Raw foods? do you mean sushi or nuts

Cabbage and chicken.
Season the chicken with black pepper and paprika..... bake it
steam the cabbage
That's a good healthy meal
