IT DEPENDS ON YOUR LIKING WHETHER YOU WANT HER AS LOVER OR FRIEND IF YOU WANT AS LOVER THEN WAIT AND WATCH WHETHER SHE IS ALREADY ENGAGED OR NOT BUT AS FRIEND YOU GO QUICKLY.

You have been going around with that girl only for a week right , dont be in urgent give her full time to know you properly and if she is comfortable and she trust you then you can carry on

Well its just a week now. Thts not enough for deciding. Go along for another couple of months, understand her more. Be friends for the time being and whn u feel its the real time, thn take her out :)

Just go ahead and ask her out.. if she's tolerated you for a week chances are that she wont mind you in a different setting.. If she does be happy that you didnt loose too much of time over her...

depends on how she has been behaving around you. if she gives you special attention the it is obvious that even she is interested in you and wont mind if you ask her. but if she has been treating you just like she treats her other friends then its better to wait a bit more.
